Are the pictures on your website true to color?

We take all photos in natural lighting, and post images that we feel best captures the true colors of every item. But, because of monitor resolution and pixels, colors may vary. Generally, there should only be slight differences between what you see on your monitor and the actual item.

If you purchase an item and feel that that the colors are drastically different than what you saw on our website, please feel free to contact us. We will be more than happy to work out a return or an exchange.

Are your products “New”?

Yes! We only sell new products. We don’t even use live models when photographing products for the website.

Why don’t you have more inventory per item?

Because our products are all hand made, we do not always have multiples of each item. If you see something that shows only 1 in stock, but you want to order more than 1, please contact us. We will see if we can get you more; there may be a delay in your order depending on the item and how long it may take to make the quantity you would like.

Candles, incense and other similar items are often made in bulk, so you may see more in stock quantities of these items.

But, most jewelry, home decor, accessories, etc, are more time consuming to create, which is why you’ll find that most of these items only have 1 or 2 of like items in stock.

Do you ship internationally?

We sure do, but currently, our international shipping is limited to USPS First Class International and Priority International options.

I craft at home in my spare time, will you sell my products?

Yes! Please contact us using our Contact Page, and we will email you back with options.

Do you accept returns or exchanges?

We sure do! We like to think it’s a pretty simple return policy. If you receive your order, you have up to 30 days to let us know that something just isn’t right or the way you thought it would be. We will refund you the full purchase price of the item once re receive the item back; any shipping fees will not be refunded.
